I ordered the 22 inch Jet Black Extensions and they are very soft and thick, good quality Remy human hair for sure. The color was spot on. Shipping was free because my order was over $100 and it got here in about a week. My only tiny gripe is that one of the clips on the weft felt a little loose, but it's not a deal-breaker. Customer service was responsive when I asked about how to care for them. Overall, a solid purchase and I'd consider buying again, but I hope they check the clip quality a bit more closely next time.
